The annual Falling Walls Lab is a great platform for young researchers and creative thinkers to make a difference in the world. Through three-minute presentations, participants have the opportunity to showcase their academic research, business models, or social initiatives to peers and a jury of experts.
As always, Tohoku University is hosting Falling Walls Lab Sendai. This year's event will be held on August 5 at the TOKYO ELECTRON House of Creativity on Katahira campus. Students with innovative ideas, entrepreneurs, early-career researchers and academics from all disciplines are invited to apply.
Free presentation coaching will be offered so participants can learn how to better introduce their research in an engaging way, even if they have no prior experience with public speaking.
